Administrative

Fixer/Problem solver.

Quantify and qualify the task, the first key!

Communicating the task and possible solutions.

Progress chasing the solution

Project Control

  • I learnt about Critical Path Analysis at the end of the 70s, & employed the ideas at a start-up, then in a PLC who could be sending out over 100 systems a day. Now I apply the techniques all the time!
  • The technical knowledge was no good without being able to communicate & getting people to buy in. I therefore got myself involved with various leadership tasks.
  • Developed other communication skills e.g. Newsletter editing
  • Financial considerations; fitting all factors together (resources, schedules, financial year and market year etc) for optimum solution.

Selling Customer Service

I have taken time to be trained in sales management and customer service selling techniques.

Entering partnerships with blue chip companies.

Financial

Creating budget plans for divisions, departments and projects. Policing customer accounts.

Training

Presentations

Providing paying customers and in-house staff, product training.

Giving formal presentations to customers, staff and politicians!
